Emerging Fashion Trend - Chartreuse, how about Wearing Lime Green?

I noticed a few fashion trend blogs mentioning chartreuse as a soon to be everywhere colour. Chartreuse, its a special colour somewhere between lime green, pastel yellow and unsung mustard. Hard to pull off, do you think you can? It's also the name of a liquor which comes in the same colour, I'm not sure which came first, the liquor or the colour shade.
